L12 Connect DC Voltmeter to TP2 ( R122). Adjust L12 for 6 V +/- 0.1 V on DC Voltmeter. Confirm 2 V on CH 1 Band A.

VR10 Disconnect the PCB-834 from Check Point of Main PCB and connect DC Ammeter to TP8 +, TP6 -. Adjust for 50mA on DC Ammeter.
2 Same as STEP 1 VR9 Connect AS Ammeter to TP8 +, TP7 -. Adjust to obtain the current 80mA.
3 Same as STEP 1 L42 Connect PCB-834 to Check Point of main PCB. Connect RF Power Meter, RF VTVM and Oscilloscope to Dummy Load. Set VR8 Max. Turn core of L42 ClockWise to maximum at the bottom.
4 Same as STEP 1 L41 L43 L49 Adjust coils for maximum indication. While then, keep output voltage under 25V by adjusting RF SSG
5 Band E, Channel 40
Mode: USB TX
No modulation
Mic Gain: Max.
PA/CB: CB
L42 Set E-band Ch. 40, adjust for maximum reading and then set A-band Ch. 1 and adjust for minimum difference from Band E Ch. 40.
