Radioshack TRC-433 Base station
I'm picking up a Radioshack TRC-433 Base unit and I'm looking for mods for it. I'd like to know what all i can do with it as for tweaking the power to tune it propperly for my setup. I've been told that it draws between 20 and 30 amps.. Havent' tested it seeing as how it's been in my mobile most of the time and it really didn't matter too much.. but now that i want to use it on the base (because i have a 4 pill in the mobile) i know that the PS that i'm using for the radio itsel...

Hey guys.. I have a Sears Roadtalker 40 that is rather weak and I'd like to pump it up so to speak.. My amp requires 15 watts to key up and it only keys up at 3 watts and only swings to about 10..
