The SSB is also off freq. on mine, I was going to lighn it up before I installed it in my big truck, but found the tunning pot to be under a small PC board and unaccsesable for the tools I have so I saved that to take care of at a latter date. If any one knows of a trick to get to this Tunning point...

Thanks Scott for your reply. the one I have transmitts fine, but the receive seems poor, cheking it out against another VHF radio on the same ant., so baselikly i'm looking for a componints layout diagram and alighnment info. so I can spiff up the receive.

Well almost a full year has gone buy, and I still have my budy's amp. up on the TO-DO shelf in the shop. I still have yet to find any info. on this amp., it's like they were never made.

I have a Pearce Simpson CARIB 55 Marine radio, I have been looking for alighnment info. . I can find all kind of info for the pearce-CB's but none on the marine type 2-ways. Any help would be greatly appreceated.
