I have a new COBRA 148GTL(made in China). I am trying to unlock the clarifier, but I can't find any instructions that make any sense. It says to remove the red wire (on the potentiometer) from the board, and move it to either pin 1 of IC4(MB3756) or the + side of C84. My radio doesn't have an IC4(MB...
