galaxy 44v older unit pre 2002

Radio Make and Model:galaxy 44v
PCB Number: 360014b
PLL Number:
Test gear available: bird meter,soldering gun,vom,freq counter,hand tools,power supply..ect
Symptoms: radio is off freq when turned on ,after ten minute warm up it gets on freq.

What is working: everything else

What has been tried: cleaned all switches and pots with cleaner .

Did it suddenly happen ?: got it this way and found out after testing
Anything else that may be of help?: after warmup it gets on freq and talks good.once cold we have a problem again.

That's normal, all radios need to warm up before use and more so when on side band.
