Test gear available: AM/FM Signal Generator, Osilliscope, Bird 43, Fluke 8050a, Hickok Frequency Counter, Sinadder, Audio generator,ect....
Symptoms: Radio has slight RX, while no TX at all. Keyup will allow talkback.
What is working: Unit powers on all lights work, talkback works.
What has been tried: Tested Driver and Final ok, Replaced 10.240 crystal.
Did it suddenly happen ?: Recieved radio in junk lot in this condition.
