2527 Frequency Selector is skipping

PLL Number: 7925b
Test gear available: Full Bench
Symptoms: Frequency Selector is skipping but the up and down selector is working fine
What is working: up and down selector is working fine
What has been tried: Put in new switch
Did it suddenly happen ?:
Anything else that may be of help?: Radio works fine all but that.
