Symptoms: No mod on transmit, recieve chatters at high volumes, low volume nothing.

What is working: Transmit

What has been tried: Checked caps and resistors. checked regulator

Did it suddenly happen ?:
Anything else that may be of help?: I had this same problem years ago, but cant remember what I did to resolve issue
