President Lincoln Hr2510 modulation

I've got a President Lincoln. Superb Radio, but the modulation is weak. The AMC is all open but I've to speak in a D104-M6 Astatic mike to have a loud audio.
I tried to follow the instruction that tell to add a 1K resistor to the gain transistor (not considerable difference) and no want to cut the ALC diode.

Is there a good modulator for this radio?

:roll:hi can you tell me where you got your speech processor from please.I to have a lincon and i would like 2 upgrade the mod on it.any info would be greatfull.?
