antenna analizer

need a good antena analizer. i used to have a freind that had one he could snap on a antena and set it on a frequency and it would tell you exactly what ohm the antena was but I got out of radios and lost track of him. He used to check all my antennas and I let him use my scope. That way we did not have to buy so much equipment. Now I need the analizer. I need the analizer and a schematic or info on opening up the receive on a midland 75-822
