Magpie Autoscan 5000 mod

Hi,does anybody on here know what the modification was that Magpie used as an option for buyers to make the Magpie autoscan 5000 go on channel 19 instead of 14 when you turn the rig on??? nothing on the web about doing this,surely someone must know how its done????
