Symptoms: keys up but no static on any channel

What is working: mike works display works led works

What has been tried: new antanna

Did it suddenly happen ?: bought it for 2 bucks at a thrift store hopin to make make a base station out of
Anything else that may be of help?: it was cheap o.0

i think i fixed it somebody was playin with the guts inside before i got my hands on it still does not seem to get out to well tho
