CB dipole antenna

Post by MRFixit »

Does anyone have any plans they could upload, or a link to a cheap reliable dipole antenna suitable for CB. A few years back I remeber the boys built some from copper pipe and antenna wire standoffs mounted to a 2x4. What I'm looking for is the length of the 2 pipes and gap between them. any pics or ideas would be apreciated thanks.

I keep wanting to try this one myself, it looks like a fun easy project. It is for 10 meters, but can be easily modified for 11 meters. Good Luck!!

Hi delta loops work very well-for you can place 1 inside the other for a directional antenna you would have to play to find the best vswr when you mod the second delta loop.

there is a delta loop in this ebook plus other types etc.
