Cobre 142 GTL base

I have a cobra 142 gtl base radio that is now rx'ing but has very low audio ! I have changed all the IC's and audio drivers ! Im running a D-104 and its just not showing much Modulation on the meter ! If i speak right into the mic bout three inches from it i get bout 20 watt swing but on stock mic its next to nothing ! What am i missing !!

If is the problem is the same in SSB mode, try replacing C84, C85 and C121.
