im 100% sure he hasint as the solders are all new looking and he dont know how but he did use won of those burners a mobile linear for ssb am fm i think maybe he could have broken the first rig then got the other rig hooked it up and busted that too as could these with the rig own power be to much a...

yes beer very odd but when i hooked them up in car the needle never moved either or barly moved i set both rigs up next tto each other and i could tx and rx recive with both rigs but on both rigs the needle dont move when the mic is pressed oh i found out my son used a linear amp 100 on these units ...

transmit needle barly moves
a bit more info from my first post.. power suppy..sharmans model ps.30m 35 amp max ciggy lighter 10 amps it has 2 meters volts //amps should the meter on the power supply for amps move like the volt meter iee the needle move to so many amps etc as the needle on mine stays low down and barley moves. ...
