Texas Ranger 696 ssb no rx

Radio Make and Model: Texas Ranger 696 SSB
PCB Number: EPT069610z
PLL Number: Cant find if someone can help with where to look Thanks
Test gear available: Ohm Volt Meter
Symptoms: Radio doen't recieve AM SSB or Weather or have any needle movement. Also no Talkback or PA

What is working: Transmitt is good no problem

What has been tried: Checked all speaker and mike wiring. Looked for any loose connections.

Did it suddenly happen ?: Radio had not been used in a while due to moving to a new location. Just turned it on and this is what I have????????
