Good afternoon
Looking for some help with this 33hp2,I'm having problems with the modulation adjustments
This radio has 3 of them (H,M,L)
VR-14,VR-23,VR-12 none of these are responding to adjustment
Everything else as far as alignment goes is right on the money
The only thing I can see that's not factory is the voltage regulator has been changed<every thing else seems to be good
Any ideas on what mod may have been done, would be helpful
FYI:This radio look Horrible on the O-scope<box cared (flat topped) and pinched very badly
Also I'am very new at the repair side of things ,so im sure im missing something that might be looking me right in the face
