TC9106 PLL Replacement for cobra 25 ltd

Just wondering if there is a pll chip that can be installed in the cobra 25 ltd that will allow you to do the 10kc jump for the alpha channels? If not I think there may be anoter way. Anyone have any ideas?

I replace the PLL with an EPROM/PLL combo board, which I have programmed to give extra bands...
