IRF520 conversion info

Has anyone seen or know where to find the components needed and the configuration to do this modification of replacing the 2SC2166 and 2Sc2312 with the IRF520 mosfet in this old radio, RCI 2990 non DX model. Seems we now have to make these changes as the original driver and final become unavailable.

Any information will be appreciated.

Does this unit have the 6900 board?
