Standard C-112, searching for frequency range expansion

Hi,
I have a Standard C-112 and the frequency range is 144-146 for the ham band. I need to modify this device to be able to transmit/receive on 143.9850 & 143.9875 (frequencies for paragliding in France).
Has someone an idea if there's any modification procedure ?
