magnum s9 band select problom.

Test gear available:
Symptoms:
What is working: rig powers up works fine.
What has been tried:
Did it suddenly happen ?:
Anything else that may be of help?:
hi all not sure if anyone has had this problem but its a magnum s9 and it won"t change band.it only reads true on a couple ov channels.and its as if its in scan mode {even thow it don"t have a scan option} an the freqancy counter is constantly scanning.will not lock up or change band.there is only a couple ov channels it locks up on.any help or info would be a help.thanks
