Hello, I need a help for my old CB radio Royce 639.
My radio have problem with pll and tx and rx not work.
Maybe if you have any tehnician idea for this problem or know equivalent for ic CCI3001 I be very thankful.!

What is the voltage on Pin 9 of the PLL when you go from channel 1 to channel 40?

Check the voltage on Pin 6 of the PLL on channel 1?
Check the voltage on Pin 6 of the PLL on channel 40?

Check the voltage on Pin 17 of the PLL on channel 1?
Check the voltage on Pin 17 of the PLL on channel 40?

Do you have a 6 digit frequency counter.
If you do check the frequency on Pin 1 of the Mixer IC, I think it is IC8 (AN103 or TA7310P) on channel 1 and on channel 40, and let us know what frequency's you have.

I am so sory for my late answer. My friend and I test everything and we find ,only Ic is problem.We must change Ic but problem is find it.
