zender diode help needed

zender diode help needed

Hi guys can anyone help someone has brought a cb to me for a repair a nasty thing called a gecol pcb numbers are wwe1-46hb or t868e01b basically its stuck on tx and the zender has blown in location D11 in front of the voltage reg and cant tell what value or size it is to replace it anybody know or anything else to replace it thanks

The Zener D11 is 8.5 volt at 500mW.
The radio is the same as a Academy, Elftone, and Fidelity 1000.

Cheers rick dont laugh at him he thinks its the bees knees lol i dont suppose you have a part number for it at all from where ever i can get some from thanks

Just go in any electronics specialist shop like Maplin and ask for 8.5 volt 500mW Zener diode, its that easy.

I wish I had a Gecol lol.

Thanks rick i did look on maplin site after i wrote the reply lol if you want it that bad he will sell it to you ha ha
